Span-Track Low Profile

LOW PROFILE Span-Track installs between beams of any pallet rack. Requires no shelving or intermediate supports. Features include:

  • No Tools Needed - Place hangers on beams. Add track. Fits between front and rear beams to maximize vertical space
  • Hangers to Fit Any Beam - Available for stepped, structural and box beams. Both have built-in label holders
  • Load Capacity up to 75kgs per metre
  • Single track lengths up to 3658mm - Available in 25.4mm increments. Lengths over 3048mm require intermediate support
  • Span-Track 3D with 76mm high side channels available for extra load capacity
  • Space saving – track depth fits within racking beam section

Span-Track Deck Span

DECK SPAN-TRACK drops right onto the beams of single deep pallet rack or longspan shelving . Requires no shelves or hangers.

Features:

  • No Tools Needed - Track drops into rack, supported by front and rear beams
  • Fits Most Beams - "Notched" cut of side channels at front and rear sits on beams and keeps track in its position
  • Load Capacity up to 75kgs per metre
  • Lengths to fit Single Deep Rack - Comes in 762mm, 914mm, 1067mm, 1219mm, and 1524mm lengths
  • Built-in carton stops and label holders at both ends.

Span-Track High Profile

HIGH PROFILE Span-Track Installs on beams of ANY pallet rack. Requires no shelves or intermediate supports.

Features:

  • Install flush with beams or overhanging - arrange pick face to suit your needs. Create a contoured "step" effect to optimize pick visibility and access into container
  • Secures to beam, yet easy to adjust - retainer angle attached to front and rear beam. Track fits over retainer teeth providing adjustment front to back and left to right. Lock Arm at rear secures track to retainer angle
  • Front end stop - track sections each have a front end stop, a rear load impact bar, and built in label holders at both ends
  • Knuckled end option - track has 15° tilted front end. Speeds and simplifies loose item picking
  • Load Capacity up to 75kgs per metre
  • Single track lengths up to 3658mm - Available in 25.4mm increments. Lengths over 3048mm require intermediate support.
